Multi-story steel frames engineered for glass and cladding systems
When a commercial building needs a glass curtain wall, the steel behind it has to be perfect. We fabricate and install the structural framing that supports multi-story glass facades, aluminum cladding systems, and composite panel exteriors. Every connection is engineered, every member cut to tolerance.
Our curtain wall work includes cross-bracing, bridge beams, and connection plates fabricated in-shop and erected on-site by the same crew. We coordinate directly with glaziers and general contractors to keep the schedule tight and the fit exact.

Custom-bent hoop frames and galvanized shelters built for maritime conditions
We build large-scale greenhouse hoop structures with custom-bent steel tube arches anchored to concrete or ground plates. The purlins and bracing are designed for poly or polycarbonate cladding, and every frame is hot-dip galvanized to handle decades of New Brunswick weather.
Our shelter work extends to galvanized equipment enclosures, chain-link security compounds, and covered storage structures. Whether it's protecting farming equipment or housing waste management systems, we build the frame to outlast what it shelters.

Architecturally integrated enclosures for restaurant and retail chains
A dumpster enclosure should look like it belongs to the building. We fabricate steel-framed waste enclosures clad with the same materials as the main structure — corrugated panels, composite cladding, or prefinished metal matched to the building's color palette. Drive-thru restaurants, retail plazas, and multi-tenant commercial properties.
Each enclosure is built on galvanized steel posts and beams for corrosion resistance, with heavy-duty gates sized for waste hauler access. We handle the foundation layout, steel erection, and cladding installation as a complete turnkey package.

Every commercial building needs safe rooftop access for HVAC maintenance, telecom installations, and building inspections. We fabricate and install fixed roof access ladders with full safety cages that meet NBCC and CSA requirements. Steel or aluminum, powder-coated or galvanized — matched to the building envelope.
Our safety system work includes rooftop perimeter railings, equipment platform stairs, telecom tower access, and guardrail systems around hatches and skylights. Every installation is engineered for load, documented for inspection, and built to last the life of the building.
